Sneaky Sneaky

PARIS (AP) -- A lone thief stole five paintings worth up to half a billion euros ($613 million) total, including major works by Picassoand Matisse, in a brazen overnight heist Thursday from a Paris modern art museum, police and prosecutors said.

I don't know why things like this fascinate me so much — Hollywood probably has something to do with it. I mean, Matisse and Picasso may as well be the two most brilliant/famous painters and yes these works (pictured above) are worth incredible sums of money, but how exactly do you get the funds when you have blatantly stolen them from the city of Paris. Is there really a black market for this? I want details.
