Perfection

When it´s all over I am planning on doing a little NYFW week roundup with the favorite runway, street style and party photos I have collected (get excited!), but I just couldn´t wait until tomorrow to post this from the Sartorialist, of course. This outfit is perfection from the little boy´s sweater right down to that skirt length I am falling in love with more and more each day, and the bags and shoes too. And guess what: her name is Mary-Kate, does that just guarantee stylishness?

Blogger Camp

I used to go to camp every summer for a week as a kid — now the end of the summer means fashion week. I guess they are sort of similar with all the tents and scheduled activities, but the lemonade is replaced with free martinis, instead of a bunch of adolescents running around we have a bunch of models who look like adolescents, the insecurities are still there but every ounce of baby fat is gone.

But anyway, the point of all this is that today I get to go to a combination of them both: Fashion Blogger Camp. I am finally getting out of this gallery trade show thing I have been at thus far and am heading over to Terminal 2 to hear Facehunter (who shot the pics above over the last few days) and a few other fashion bloggers talk about my home away from home: the blogospere, then off to some shows.

If you are in Copenhagen you should come on down and say hi: I will be the one looking really serious and stylish. Check it out.

What Decade is it?

...asks the highest paid actress in Hollywood....

Is it just me or does Angelina Jolie (doing press for Salt) look like a rich Midwestern housewife from 1982 hopped up on chardonnay and ready to seduce the pool boy with her press on fingernails and Vanilla Musk scented body? Is she really allowed to wear such things? Some ladies over at WWD think not. I might have to agree with them, albeit for different reasons — Mainly because these outfits are just no good.

Read WWD's reasons here.
